Privacy policy
This page explains enquiries and demonstration use, and how data protection is defined for client projects. Each production service has an agreed scope and processing notice before operation begins.
Enquiries, demos and proof-of-concept requests
When you choose to contact us, you may provide your name, mobile number, email address, organisation, industry and request. We use these details to respond, understand your needs and arrange a demonstration or discuss a proof of concept. The website form is processed through Vercel and uses Resend to email the request to our team; these services involve processing outside Saudi Arabia.
Contact fields are for business-contact details and service enquiries. Do not send camera recordings, visitor data or sensitive information through the website form. Without contact details, we may be unable to respond.
When you open email or WhatsApp, your message is also handled by the provider you select under its policy. Our team retains enquiries as needed to handle the request and relationship, or to meet an applicable legal requirement. Contact the privacy email for details about retention or deletion.
Illustrative website data
Website examples use sample data clearly distinguished from client results to explain indicators and the value of analytics. They are not connected to your business data or cameras.
Industry pages explain how AI tools interpret data and support decisions. Published examples do not send questions or data to an AI chat service; client-service capabilities, data sources and permissions are defined in the service agreement.
Client-service data and video
Service data differs from website data. The project agreement defines measurement purposes, data types, the roles of the client, Saha360 and processors, authorised users, recipients and deliverables.
A project may process a video stream, record locally or analyse recordings after an event. Recording needs, locations, retention and deletion are defined for the service; we do not assume every project operates without stored video.
The people-counting solutions described here measure movement and activity and do not require identifying people by their faces. Visit counts do not establish identity or unique people. A different identification function requires a separate assessment, scope and lawful basis before use.
The service design defines the minimum data needed, access restrictions and appropriate protections. Using client data for another purpose, including model training, is outside this general offering and requires a clear agreement and lawful basis.
Hosting, providers and data transfers
This website is hosted on Vercel, with server functions in the Washington, D.C. region of the United States. Website files may be delivered through an international distribution network. Technical request data, such as IP address and request time, may be processed to operate and protect the service.
The public website uses Vercel for hosting and Resend for emailing contact enquiries. Website-operation data and contact requests may be processed outside Saudi Arabia. The public website does not receive client-site recordings or analytics data; these routes remain separate from client analytics services.
Client analytics data is cloud-hosted within Saudi Arabia, with processing at the client site or on local equipment available according to project scope.
Before a client service is activated, its processing notice identifies processors, hosting and processing locations within Saudi Arabia, the data they receive, access permissions and required protections. Ask our team for the details for your specific project.
External services, including email, WhatsApp and a client dashboard, also have their own privacy notices. General website operation does not establish the hosting configuration for a client service.
Cookies and website measurement
This version does not use marketing trackers or third-party analytics tools. Fonts are served from the website’s own files. Interface preferences, such as language, may be saved in your browser; hosting-operation logs are separate from marketing tracking.
Do not share sensitive details on public pages. Website-operation data needed to protect the service and resolve errors is used for that purpose and is not automatically combined with client-site recordings.
Your requests and policy updates
Contact info@saha360.co to ask how your data is used, request access or a copy, or request correction or destruction where applicable. You may withdraw consent for an optional use based on consent. We may verify your authority before acting and explain any legal obligation affecting the request.
For a visit to a client’s site, name the organisation and describe the request without sending identity documents or sensitive details in your first message. This helps us identify the controller and appropriate request route.
We update this page when website or service practices change and display the update date. Regulatory information is available through SDAIA’s Personal Data Protection Platform. Company approvals described in the registration and regulatory approvals section apply within their defined scope.
